OMA PODI

 

INGREDIENTS

Gram flour 1 cup
Asofodita 1 pinch
Chillie powder 1 pinch
Turmeric powder 1 pinch
Salt as requied
Oil for deep fry

METHOD

1.Heat oil in a curved pan.

2.Mix all other ingredients with 3tsp of hot oil.

3.Add some water & make a dough. the dough should be  little liquid. gram flour dough is hard to push.

4.Fill it in the idiyappam maker or fill with small mold in muruku maker.

5.Press the mold over the boiling oil in clock wise directions.

6.It will become a big muruku.

7.Just turn over it and take it out.

8.Do the same thing for the whole dough.

9.Then gently squeeze it.
