FISH FRY(METHOD1)

Fish Fillets 5piece  
Red chilli powder 2tsp  
Cumin powder 1/4tsp  
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp  
Salt as reqd.  
Oil for frying  
 
METHOD
1.Mix all powders with salt.
2.Rub it well in the fish pieces, marinate with 5minutes.
3.Fry fish in hot oil ,till golden brown.
 
 

 FISH FRY(METHOD2)

 
Fish Fillets 5piece(Medium size)
Pepper Powder 2tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2tsp
Ginger Carlic Paste 1/2tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4tsp
Vinegar 1tsP
Salt as reqd.
Oil as reqd.
METHOD
1. Mix all powder ,vinegar with salt &Rub Well On the Fish Pieces,Marninate for 5Minutes. 
2.Heat Oil,&Fry the Fillets till Golden Brown.

FISH CUTLET

Fish steaks 3
Potato 2
Onion (big) 1(chopped)
Green chillies 3(chopped)
Curry leaves as reqd.
Pepper powder 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Ginger &Carlic paste 1/2tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2tsp
Egg 1
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Oil enough for frying
METHOD
1.Cook potatoes.Peel and mash.
2.Cook fish steaks with turmeric powder.&mash it.
3.Mix potato,fish,onion, egg,&all ingredients ,except breadcrumbs.
4.Shape into cutlet &and dip into breadcrubs.
5.Deep fry the cutlet.

SHARK PUTTU

Shark steaks 3(boiled and shredded) 
Grated coconut 1/4cup
Onion 1(chopped)
Green chillies 3(chopped)
Red chilli 1(chopped)
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Cumin seeds 1/4tsp
Mustard 1/4tsp
Curry leaves as reqd.
Salt  as reqd.
Oil 11/2tsp
METHOD
1. Heat oil,season with mustard,cumin seeds, red chilli &curry leaves
2.Add green chillies& onion, just fry for 5minutes
3.Add grated coconut &fry for 2 minutes.
4.Add shredded fish&salt.fry for 5minutes.
5 Garnish with curry leaves.

Note:  Allways cook with medium flame.

DRYFISH SAMBAL

Sadrin (mathi or salai) 7
Onion (big) 1 (chopped)
Tomato 1 (chopped)
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Curry leaves as reqd.
Vinigar 1/2tsp(optimal)
Salt as reqd.
Oil  2 tsp
METHOD
1.Heat 2tsp oil, fry the dryfish .
2. Cut the fish into small piecs without middle bone.
3. Take another pan heat oil,add onion&fry for 5min.
4.Add tomato &fry for another5min
5.Add red chilli powder&salt fry for 2min
6.Add Dry fish &fry for another 5min.
7.Add 1/2tsp vinigar.
8.Garnish with curry leaves.
