| METHOD 1.Heat oil, add cardamom,cinamon&cloves. fry for 2min. 2.Add onion ,fry till the raw smell has gone. 3.Add tomato ,fry for till its smashed. 4.Add ginger &carlic paste,fry for 2 min. 5.Add chicken pieces. 6.Add all powders &salt.mix it well. 7.Add ground coconut &1 1/2 cup water. 8.close the lid &cook 9.Garnish with coriander leaves. 10.Serve hot with idiyappam or rice. NOTE This is curry is not thick one.its slightly liquid. |

| METHOD 1.Heat oil,add onion ,fry till its golden brown. 2.Add tomato , fry till onion&tomato are become gravy. 3.Add green chillies, ginger&carlic paste ,fry for 3min. 4.Add chicken pieces. 5.Add all powders& mix it well. 6.Add vinigar &salt. 7.Add coconut milk ,mix it well 8.Close the lid &cook till the chicken is soft. 9.Garnish with coriander leaves. 10Serve hot with coconut milk rice or rice. |
